Lifetime Limited Warranty

I am extremely grateful for your support by purchasing an OLC product. Anyone willing to support me in my work I'll have your back, I put my best work on the finished goods table and hope it meets your expectations. I do source high quality materials, however I will acknowledge there is always a chance something can break. With your hard earned money at work to support me, I do my best to make sure you can enjoy the products for years to come. Therefore, I do assure these products against material defects and craftsmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the life of any handmade leather product.

To sum it up, Outsiders Leather Company will repair any defective part of a product. If it isn't repairable, it will be replaced.  If the product is no longer being made you will receive an in-store credit of equal value. Please understand leather colors/finishes on products could change over time as well as branding/logos.

I want to give you piece of mind that the products will stand the test of time. With proper care and maintenance your product will age like fine wine. Common sense practices will result in the way your product ages. Ways not to see your product stand the test of time: using your wallet as an oven mitt, or your bag as a water pale. Treat it like garbage and it will find its way into the garbage.

This warranty does not include charges to shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship products.

Lastly, the lifetime limited warranty does not apply to resold products. An email or shipping address may be required to help ensure the product was purchased from the original purchaser. I appreciate your support so much and I have your back!


Returns

Sometimes products just don't work out, so you'll have 14 days upon receiving your product(s) to send your unused, same condition products back. It needs to be returned in the original packing. Upon receiving, I will inspect the product for use. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Receipts are required for proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Products are only exchanged if they are not functioning properly or damaged. To exchange for the same product, send me an email at handmade@outsidersleatherco.com

You will be responsible for paying for shipping cost for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. No guarantee the product will be received.
